Job Description
One-day hiring process – Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with online ticketing platform navigation and technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Protect sensitive customer information as per guidelines.
