Position Overview:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist with navigating the online ticketing platform and resolving technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for assistance.
- Protect customer information following protocols.
