We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people and resolving issues proactively.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.

- Ensure one call resolution with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
