Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls regarding ticket inquiries and bookings.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Protect customer information per protocols.
