Job Description
MetTech DataTech is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this pivotal role, you will address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college education preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Capacity to handle high call volumes in a dynamic environment.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: Php20,00.00 – Php27,00.00 monthly
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including evening and rotational shifts.
