Job Summary:
We invite you to join our team as a Ticketing Agent, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a delightful customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college coursework is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
