Job Description
- Utilize Amadeus, Sabre, and other booking systems for travel arrangements.
- Process bookings accurately and adhere to company policies.
- Assist clients with itinerary planning and ticket issuance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends for informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with departments for seamless travel experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and financial transactions.
- Qualifications: 1-3 years experience, proficiency in booking systems, and excellent communication skills.
- Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Php18,00 – Php25,00/month.
- Benefits: Company Christmas gift, events, promotion opportunities.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, 13th month salary.
