Job Description

One-day hiring process. Earn up to 27k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently using ticketing systems or online platforms.
  • Provide information regarding event schedules, seating options, ticket prices, and availability.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to ticket purchases, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
