We are currently seeking Travel Representatives to join our team in the Metro. This is an urgent hiring, so submit your application now!
Responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries from clients about travel products and services
- Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements and ensuring the accuracy of booking details and itinerary
- Providing advice and recommendations on travel destinations and activities
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to travel bookings
- Achieving performance targets related to customer satisfaction and sales conversion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of travel products and destinations, including flight routes, hotel chains, and rental car companies
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
