Position: Ticketing & Reservations Supervisor

Salary: Php60,00-Php80,00
Schedule: M-F / 8:30AM-5:30PM (With Saturday working schedule, 1-3 times in a month)
Work Set up: On-site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- At least 3 years of experience as a Ticketing & Reservations supervisor/manager
- Willing to work on-site
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the promotion, sales, and bookings of the company.
- Provide travel information, itineraries, and prices to customers.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and counseling on travel terms and conditions.
- Make reservations and send out confirmation notices.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
