Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers in navigating the online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect sensitive customer information by following protocols.
