Job Description
We are urgently hiring for the position of Ticketing Support Specialist at Sapient Global Services. Our one-day hiring process allows you to earn up to 25k monthly while handling inbound and outbound calls for ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls about ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect sensitive customer information.
