Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join OrbitOfficials as Call Center Agents for the Ticketing Travel Account.
List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative

- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Face to face interview in Ortigas SM Megamall
- BPO experience is a plus
- Good typing skills
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- Basic English proficiency required
Nice to have:
- Customer service experience in a similar environment
