Job Description
We are currently seeking a Tier 1 Agent Crew Support to join our dynamic team. As a Tier 1 Agent Crew Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline crew members, handling their requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Your main duties will include managing crew scheduling, assisting with travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with airline regulations and policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
