Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Tier 1 Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and efficient assistance with their inquiries and issues.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
