Job Description
Remote Employee BPO presents a rewarding opportunity for a Tier 2 Service Desk Technician. Join us to provide technical support, manage client inquiries, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Compensation package includes a competitive salary, HMO coverage for 2 dependents, rice allowance, night differential, free meals and uniform, and government-mandated benefits.
Work Schedule: 5-day week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am or 12am to 9am Philippine Time, with options for Work From Office (WFO) or Work From Home (WFH) setups.
Requirements: Network support, Productivity suite assistance, Audio/Visual problem-solving, familiarity with SaaS applications, end-user support, and preferred experience in the MSP environment.
