Job Description
Ipason Technology Inc. is hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Operator to handle backend operations: product uploads, order processing, campaign tool management, and upkeep of listings, pricing, vouchers, and shop presentation. The ideal candidate understands TikTok algorithms, e-commerce workflows, and live-selling operations. Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is advantageous but not required.
This in-person role demands flexibility—especially during major campaign days (11.11, 12.12, payday sales)—strong attention to detail, fast execution at peak times, and effective communication to coordinate promotions and operations. Compensation: Php19,00–Php20,00/month. Benefit: on-site parking.
