Job Description
1. To gather the daily time records (DTR) of employees on a regular basis;
2. To check the accuracy and truthfulness of the time declared in the DTRs.
3. To determine and compute the compensable and non-compensable time.
4. To upload the payroll of employees in the system.
5. To print and give the timesheet to payroll clerk every Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.
6. To calculate basics and overtime for the Operations incentives.
7. To file and arrange the timed DTR’s.
8. To conduct orientation on DTR Guidelines.
9. To receive and file contracts of new employees to contracts folder.
10. To monitor and make tardiness report every first week of the month.
11. Quarterly, monitor and give overall total working hours per week to APC (maintenance supervisor).
12. Annually, monitor and give total working hours per week of personnel assigned at EDC operations.
13. To perform such other functions as required by immediate superior or appropriate officers of the company.
