Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of personnel in assigned areas.
- Manage employee time in and time out, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Submit daily manpower reports to the project manager.
- Maintain time sheet records and prepare attendance reports.
- Check time sheets and overtime requests.
- Monitor absences and tardiness, report to HR.
- Coordinate with supervisors on timekeeping issues and staff deployment.
- Prepare complete time sheets for payroll processing.
- Conduct daily spot-checks of employees.
- Immediate start.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
