Job Description
Every Morning:
- 7:00 am start working at the shop and station at the guard post to check workers while they time-in.
- Notify workers inside the warehouse who are not officially on duty yet.
- Hand over and retrieve keys for the Warehouse and Stockroom from Manay.
- Responsible for opening the gate every morning.
- Ensure workers are in proper uniform and safety shoes before clocking in.
- Assist the guard in checking workers’ bags and coats.
- Get updates on the drivers’ routes.
- Text Manpower for distribution.
- Record the Daily Time Record for workers in the Fabrication Warehouse.
- No Time-Out, No Manpower, No pay.
After Manpower:
- Enforce a No Smoking Policy and report violators to the office.
- Enforce a No Cellphone Policy and report offenders to the office.
Lunch Break:
- Ensure all workers clock out and in for lunch break at the time clock.
Maintenance Monitoring:
- Assign cleaners for the restroom and office areas.
- Create a monthly restroom cleanliness checklist signed by cleaners as proof of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop area and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Check incoming consumables.
