Job Description
As a Timekeeper, you will ensure accurate recording of employee work hours, complying with labor regulations and company policies. The role demands meticulousness, integrity, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance records, monitor timekeeping systems, and calculate employee hours.
- Generate reports, resolve discrepancies, collaborate with HR and payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Provide training, implement policies, and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in timekeeping with strong system understanding.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary
