Job Description
1. Responsible in providing clerical support and assistance in timekeeping and records keeping activities of the department.
2. Responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring employee work schedules and daily time records.
3. Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.
4. Responsible for keeping track of leave time such as vacation or sick leaves for employees on site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM or other human resource related courses.
- With 1 year experience as HR Timekeeping in a manufacturing set-up.
- Know-How with daily monitoring and generation of attendance reports, tardiness, and leaves.
- Can start immediately.
- Proficient in MS Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher).
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Can work under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Must be adaptable, team player, proactive and with leadership potential.
