Job Description
As a TM Quality Review Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions in our company’s contact center.
Your main tasks will include assessing customer service calls, emails, and chat transcripts to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
You will provide feedback to agents and supervisors, identify training needs, and work towards continuous improvement in service quality. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are crucial for this role.
