Location: Manila – WFH Set up
Job Title: TOEFL INSTRUCTOR
Level/Grade: Type of position – Full-time
Hours: 40 hours/week
Days: 5 days/week
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary focus of the instructor/lecturer/coach is on the planning, preparation and teaching of TOEFL programs to achieve specific student outcomes.
- Engages in critical reflection and inquiry in order to improve knowledge and skills to effectively engage students and improve their performance.
- Has the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Plans, develops and implements appropriate curriculum.
- Maintains regular communication regarding student’s progress.
- Prepares, administers and corrects tests/outputs.
- Evaluates progress, determines individual needs of students and discusses results.
- Prepares and implements remedial programs for students requiring extra help.
- Participates in staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
- May teach and evaluate students through distance or online classes.
