Job Description
As a Tollroad Systems and Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and support of toll collection systems. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
You will also be responsible for providing user support, training staff on system usage, and documenting system processes and procedures. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.
