Job Description
To provide effective and efficient HR services in HR Information System (HRIS) and Compensation and Benefits at TIMS COFFEE. Ensure employee packages align with company policies, are competitive, and comply with regulations.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Total Rewards & Systems Specialist in a restaurant chain, preferably QSR
- Experience in managing HRIS, Compensation & Benefits
Educational Attainment
- Graduate of a 4-year course (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management)
- Proficient in timekeeping software, payroll processes, and compliance regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues
Job Type: Full-time
