Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly qualified TQM Supervisor to join our team. As a TQM Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing the Total Quality Management (TQM) processes within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing TQM strategies and objectives
- Leading and supervising a team of quality control professionals
- Identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards
- Reviewing and analyzing quality performance data to drive process improvement
