Job Description
Qualifications:
- Direct Company with competitive salary & benefits.

- Background in Inventory or Trade & Supply is a plus.
- Amenable to assign at Bagumabyan Libis, Eastwood Quezon City
- Amenable to working schedule of Monday to Saturday.
- Amenable to working hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
- Amenable to extended working hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handles inventory of supplies
- Coordinates with station personnel and Retail Department on the updates/status of billing.
- Ensures all billings are processed and paid. Keep tract on the regular status of payment.
- Responsible in preparation of PCF for all inspectors.
- Updating of all files such as building maintenance and other utility services.
- Monitor Station Utilities; ensure all bills were paid on a timely manner.
- Monitor all technical issues of the JCC offices ensure all requests for repairs were completed
- Record all outgoing and incoming Activity Report and correspondence for the Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
