Job Description
We seek a Trade Execution Specialist to deliver on-brand in-store visual merchandising for key retail partners, primarily Watsons. The role ensures planogram compliance and strong shelf presence by implementing planograms, installing displays and POS materials, and conducting monthly store audits and third-party compliance checks. The specialist will develop VM strategies for promotions and launches, collaborate with Watsons’ VM and operations teams, support sales visits, and monitor POS deployment and display performance to maximize sell-through.
