Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any relevant course.
• With working experience in merchandising activities, trade activation and other related events in FMCG industry.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Establish, sustain and innovate a robust & value-adding Trade Marketing programs with the aim to sustain patronage and continually enrich consumer experience with LFC current & new products.
• Lead, organize, implement and control all programs in collaboration with Brand, Sales, Finance, Production, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Build and sustain a highly effective and innovative merchandiser manning and deployment program, in collaboration with LFC Sales Team, Merchandiser Consortium Partners and 3rd Party Merchandiser Manpower Provider/s. Lead and manage all stakeholders towards accomplishment, thru excellence, of Revenue and Cost objectives of the Company.
• Establish an effective assessment & evaluation system with the aim to provide timely and accurate intelligence of all Trade Marketing Program implementation.
• Lead, generate and consolidate market, industry or research data and convert into relevant market intelligence information for Sales and Marketing use and reference.
• Be a pro-active team member of the NPD Team, in the development of relevant new products.
• Mobilize all relevant functional partners in maintaining the highest possible customer satisfaction ratings from all Trade Partners & Customers thru consistent SLA achievement and other value adding activities.
• Establish and grow a high-quality network of area solution providers thru high-level contracting and partnering practices.
