Job Description
DAILY-
Masterfile Monitoring & Encoding for all POSM Cycle Plan, Channel, and CUSTPEC activities
TASA/DTASA (POSM & Bundling) uploading and monitoring for all POSM Cycle Plan, Channel, and CUSTPEC activities
Coordinates with distributor AMMs for all Cycle Plan, Channel, and CUSTPEC activities
Monitoring of bundling ach per distributor & instore bundling in coordination with merch agencies
Monitoring stock issues in coordination with distributor AMMs & agencies for all corporate promo bundling
Monitors arrival of Generic POSMs in distributor sites
Escalation of issues encountered
Answers email queries from TM, FSSEs, PMG (3rd party supplier), all other stakeholders
DTASA Concern – Reply to Inquiries, Printing of Docs for Audit, Tracking, Sharing to Distributors and Filling
Monitors Reports on all repair concern of the building
Attends to Housekeeping Concerns
Weekly-
Ensure AMMs do weekly upload of GEN POSM in DPMU (in/out) for OLA Precon
Monitors dispatch of POSMs from distributor sites to merchandising agencies
Weekly alignment meetings with PMG (3rd party agency) for project monitoring
Sending of POSM & bundling execution report to FSSEs and TM
Monthly-
Cascading of Cycle Plan & Channel Activities to Distributors
Conducts Trade Visit MOR with TM
Collates MDS Incentive and Support Liquidation (Hard and Soft Copy Filing of all docs from 6 distributors)
Participates during FSSE CP Cascade (Starting January 2021)
Collates Trade Validation & Trade Execution (if any only)
Submits Non-Reg Emp Monthly Monitoring
Pays Bills (Water Bill, Garbage, Drinking Water)
Purchases Office Supplies (Bond Paper, Pen, White Board Markers, Sugar, Disposable Plate, cups, etc)
Requests Toner from Sir Mel E
