Job Profile Summary/Description:
- Researches all customs duties, import taxes, export tariffs, export classification, and preferential trade agreements related to the assigned world tariff region.
- Provides foreign language translation and interpretation of this data so that it can be entered into the world tariff trade regulation database.
- Monitors assigned world tariff region for changes in trade regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- BS Customs Graduates, knowledge of Tariff Codes, Anti-Dumping, Countervailing, and Import Restrictions.
- Oral and written proficiency in English language.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks; good planning, organizing, and communication skills required.
