Job Description
- Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
- Assisting Marketing Assistant/BM’s on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
- Boosting sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
- Assisting in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant.
- Escalating concerns, complaints, and other issues to immediate supervisor for quick resolution.
- Assisting in executing programs implemented by the Trade Marketing Department.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience or graduate of any 4-year business-related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
- Process-oriented, technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal, able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
