Job Description
TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOME SET-UP
Under the supervision of the Supervisor, this key position is responsible for providing training and creating training materials that would enable the team to perform the tasks necessary for their job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates training modules and provides associated activities.
- Conducts trainings to new hires.
- Conducts product specific and refresher trainings.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs conducted.
- Prepares training reports and makes recommendations on how to improve the training.
- Manages training records of learners and prepares applicable training reports accordingly.
- Answers emails, BPA inquiries regarding project specifications.
- Assists Supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Information Technology and Business Management.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer.
- 1 year or more of relevant experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
