Job Description
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer to join our team in a full-time role for the Nightshift at our BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) company. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive training to our employees to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing employees in a BPO environment
- Create training materials, modules, and presentations
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and simulations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to enhance their performance
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Trainer in a BPO industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of BPO processes and procedures
- Ability to adapt to a nightshift schedule
- Highly organized and able to multitask
