Job Description
WORK DETAILS:
> Work Set-up: Onsite, Monday to Friday
> Office Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna
> Shift: Night Shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years completed in college
- Minimum of 1 year Trainer work experience in a BPO setting
- Amenable to work on-site, Sta. Rosa Laguna
- Amenable to work on a night schedule
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Deliver training and instruction to engage and stimulate existing and newly hired employees.
- Promote retention through effective questioning, presentation, and coaching.
- Create an environment fostering trust, learning, and performance.
- Plan and prepare for instruction using appropriate methods and materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Trainer: 1 year (Preferred)
