Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team in the Financial Services and Business Development sector. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and materials to ensure the professional development of our employees.
Your main duties will include conducting training sessions, designing and implementing training programs, and assessing employee performance to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with various departments to understand their training needs and develop tailored programs to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in financial services and business development. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage and motivate learners. Previous experience in conducting training sessions and designing training materials is highly desirable.
