Job Description
As a Trainer II, you will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs for employees at our organization. Your role involves assessing training needs, creating educational materials, and delivering engaging training sessions.
You will also be required to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, provide feedback to participants, and continuously improve our training methods based on feedback and evaluations.
Key qualifications include strong communication skills, experience in instructional design, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A minimum of 2 years of training experience is required for this role.
