Job Description
Designing Training Modules
- Study methods, processes, and tools needed for the job
- Research efficient techniques for task performance
- Create training modules, exercises, exams, and activities
- Constantly update training curriculum
- Conduct Post Training Reviews and provide recommendations
Facilitating Product Training
- Discuss program procedures with new hires
- Present audio-video presentations and administer tests
- Organize activities for lesson retention
- Offer support and resolve trainees’ issues
Mentoring and Maximizing Learning
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments
- Facilitate Mock Call assessments
- Create developmental plans and provide feedback
- Monitor compliance with company policies
Record Keeping and Administrative Tasks
- Prepare training materials and maintain records
- Report and document daily performance
- Perform administrative tasks related to trainee records
Supporting Operations
- Obtain operations certification and handle tasks
- Handle live calls and escalations
