Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate training strategies and materials
- Assess claim medical outcomes and identify trends for curriculum improvement
- Stay updated on current research in nursing education
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance claim outcomes through education
- Utilize instructional technology resources as needed
- Maintain a database of training materials
Qualifications:
- Active RN license and certification in case management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of corporate development and training in workers’ compensation or case management
- 2 years of direct clinical care experience in various specialties
- 2 years of utilization management in health or workers’ compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
