Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct training for new hires, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
- Teach job-related content, company information, and client programs.
- Administer assessments and assist in professional development.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance training programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in Training/Teaching, initiative, and good presentation skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and responsive to management.
- Skilled in adjusting teaching methods to trainees’ needs.
- Create training reports, analyze needs, and develop training modules.
- Conduct both classroom and virtual training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
