Job Description
Chodaebag Corp is actively seeking a committed Trainer/Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in training personnel at both franchised and company-owned locations, ensuring the achievement of exceptional operational standards.
Key responsibilities encompass preparing engaging presentations and training materials, proposing enhancements for operational forms, and ensuring strict compliance with standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will assess store performance following training sessions and address inquiries from staff and management.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a range of benefits, including employee discounts and opportunities for advancement. The role requires onsite presence with a structured shift system.
