Job Description
As part of the Learning & Development Department, the Sales Trainer will contribute to the shared services that support the company’s broader objectives.
The trainer facilitates classes and ensures expected outputs based on client-requirements. He/she ensures that all training executions and deliverables are aligned with operations’ needs and address the requirements of both internal and external customers on time and in full (OTIF). He/she can create effective training modules and valid/reliable assessment tools. Further, the trainer maintains a credible and updated training records and communicates these OTIF.
Job Qualifications:
- College degree
- With experience in Leads Generation
- With training experience in different industry for at least 6 months
- Experience in Sales and Soft skills Training
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and related program software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
