Job Description
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CPLP or PHR are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years in training and development, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs, especially in a corporate setting.
- Background in food and beverage, retail, or related sectors is a plus.
Skills:
- Training Program Design
- Instructional Design
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Assessment and Evaluation
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of food and beverage sector training needs.
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements in training programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
