Job Description
Responsible for identifying training needs, evaluating employee strengths and weaknesses, and implementing training programs. Develop training plans aligned with Company’s objectives and conduct training up to managerial level. Manage HR administrative tasks, onboarding, and engagement events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR Management or Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience.
- Proficient in project management and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
