Job Description
As a Training and Quality Manager in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
You will also be tasked with monitoring and evaluating the quality of services provided, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance overall service quality and patient satisfaction.
