Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Training and Quality Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. In this position, you will be tasked with the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and elevating service quality.
Your responsibilities will include creating training materials, facilitating training sessions, and measuring the effectiveness of these programs. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.
