Job Description
Majestic Packaging Products Corporation is seeking a motivated HR Training Assistant to oversee the implementation of our new hire Job Training Plan (JTP). Responsibilities include coordinating with Line Heads and Managers, preparing training materials, managing budgets, and executing additional tasks.
Qualifications: Degree in Business Management, Psychology, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome). Experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory. Full-time position with benefits including paid training and promotion opportunities.
Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Biñan City, Laguna; proficiency in English is preferred.
