Job Description
Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is in search of a committed Training Assistant to elevate our store services division through effective training, coaching, and performance enhancement. This position entails conducting training programs for both new hires and experienced staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead various training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the training manager.
- Maintain ongoing communication with field trainers.
- Organize and prepare training materials.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required; proficiency in MS Office is essential; previous training experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent; Salary: Starting at Php 18,00.00/month.
