Job Description
Afni, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage strategic training initiatives that enhance New Hire experiences and drive performance. This role involves coordinating projects, tracking progress, and reporting to the Global Training Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor new hire performance data and surveys.
- Maintain effective communication with global training leaders.
- Manage training reports and scorecards.
- Coordinate training budgets with finance.
- Handle ticket requests and training material issues.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 months of relevant experience.
